View Project Productivity

Use a Project report to inspect the output and observed AI activity of a configured repository set. You need an administrator account and a Project configured in Settings → Projects. For the calculation rules, see Project reports.

  1. Open Settings → Projects, open the Project's actions, and select Productivity. The Projects table shows repository counts; open a Project to inspect its members.

  2. Choose the reporting period and timezone. Open Filters, then expand the repository selector to narrow the Project. Search and page through repositories, or use Select all matching. Selections persist across pages and searches; Use full Project restores all eligible members. If membership changes while you browse, select Reload full Project to load the current membership and reset report filters. A temporary page failure offers Retry, which keeps your selection.

  3. Optionally choose contributors, PR work types, target branches, or delivery exclusions, then select Apply selection. In the contributor picker, Use selection keeps your choices and Cancel discards them. The displayed report retains its previous selection until the new report is accepted. PR work types, target branches and delivery exclusions narrow output and PR evidence; Gateway activity remains qualified separately.

  4. Read the four overview cards: productivity points, Gateway requests, five-minute peak sessions and merged PRs. The contributor and repository productivity lists have independent ordering and paging. Below the summary, four stacked charts use the same selected dates. Use the repository table to find a repository, sort its values, or open its captured PRs. Table searches and pages do not narrow the overview totals.

  5. Open contributor rankings, work mix, review evidence or session evidence when you need detail. Ranking previews contain three contributors at each end of the qualified population, or one complete list when fewer than six qualify. View all includes observed contributors who cannot qualify for a rank. Highest eligible and Lowest eligible page through the full qualified population in the selected order. A card's Details explains its coverage and unavailable values; missing activity is not zero activity.

  6. Open a captured PR to inspect its stored score, review timing, or session links. When a trusted source link is available, Open source PR opens the original PR. Session links open global session details. Use Membership history to inspect configuration changes and the date from which history is known. Refresh an expired or invalidated report to capture current membership and evidence.

Quiet repositories remain selectable and appear in the full repository table. Reports support selections of up to 1,000 configured repositories; totals cover the full selection, not only the visible page. If a repository becomes unavailable, refresh the selection and read the coverage explanation before comparing results.

PR, review, and session details keep the report's original evidence boundary even when opened later. Refresh to include newly arrived evidence. If an optional detail exceeds the available capacity, the accepted overview remains available.

Five-minute peak sessions describe observed activity, not concurrency or hours worked. Missing session identity or exclusive repository attribution can make Gateway activity unavailable. These measures do not prove that AI caused the output.
